Opselia is administrative software for a medical practice. It organises records the practice already holds and points at things worth looking at.
It is not a medical device and takes no part in clinical care. It does not give billing, legal or accounting advice. Figures it produces are readings of the data it was given, and the practice remains responsible for what it bills, pays and submits. Nothing Opselia calculates should be acted on without being checked against the underlying records, and the product says so on every screen that carries a calculated conclusion.
The records stay the practice's own. They can be exported in full at any time, and deleted on request. Opselia does not sell them, and does not use one practice's data to serve another.
Opselia is provided as it stands. Scheduled work runs hourly and may be interrupted by maintenance or by a service it depends on. Where automated work is missed, it resumes on the next run.
A practice may stop using Opselia at any time and take its records with it. Connections to third parties, including Google Drive, can be withdrawn separately and at any point.
